The key is to create your company goals and combine these with a plan of action on how you will achieve them. Through this full-day workshop, you will work with Pippa to create your 3, 6 and 12 months goals and create the plan on what you need to do to achieve them as well as top tips on time management and making yourself and your business more efficient and productive.

In the afternoon you will be working with Brett Riley-Tomlinson From Novus Marketing Solutions LTD on how to achieve those goals through digital marketing. Where you will look at creating a marketing funnel that will keep generating you new clients and how to fill the top of that funnel with prospects through using platforms like social media as well as Pay Per Click campaigns.

This full-day workshop is all about getting you set up to thrive in 2022, with follow up courses and training to keep developing your business throughout the year thanks to Launchpad and the Doncaster Chamber.

To make sure you get the most amount of value from the workshop, places are limited and will be going to the people who book on first.

The workshop is delivered completely online through Microsoft teams.

The workshop is on 24th January 2022, starting at 9:30 am and finishing at 5 pm, with regular breaks throughout the day.
