Cardfactory to open at Lakeside Village in September

The retailer, which operates more than 1,000 stores across the UK and Ireland, will offer shoppers a wide range of cards, gifts, balloons and celebration essentials from its new Lakeside Village store.

Lyndsey Parry, centre manager at Lakeside Village, said: “We know that our customers will be thrilled to see cardfactory opening a store at the centre next month, and we are very excited to welcome them to Lakeside Village.

The new store at Lakeside Village will feature cardfactory's updated store design, creating a bright, bold and colourful shopping environment that helps customers find what they need more easily.

The centre on White Rose Way, Doncaster, is set to celebrate its 30th birthday this month and has a packed summer of free family fun taking place. Activities include Elvie's Farm Family Fun Zone, open daily until 31 August in Unit 12, where younger visitors can enjoy themed play areas, games and creative activities, alongside the Elvie's Farm Trail, crazy golf and the popular Ping Pong Parlour.

Lyndsey added: “We’ve got such a jam-packed schedule of activities planned both on our birthday weekend and throughout the summer holidays, too. There really is something for everyone.”
