DigitalXRAID announces 55% year-on-year growth as customers recognise the value of holistic cybersecurity protection

Doncaster-based DigitalXRAID, an award winning managed security service provider, recently announced its continued momentum with a 55% year-on-year (YoY) growth, higher than the industry average according to the latest reports.

The organisation has achieved record breaking results across revenue, customer acquisition, and pipeline expansion, improving year-vs-year in Q1 by over 50%. Its workforce has grown by 15% in this same quarter as the business continues to invest in recruiting the top cyber talent across the country.

DigitalXRAID’s leading cybersecurity services protect customers from the growing threat of cyberattacks in an environment where ransomware is doubling each year. Serving various industries, including finance, e-commerce, healthcare, professional sports clubs, education, manufacturing and supply chain and logistics, DigitalXRAID provides organisations with 24/7/365 threat protection through its CREST accredited Security Operations Centre (SOC).

The news of its ongoing momentum comes recently after the election of Alan Freeland, Lead Security Analyst and SOC Manager at DigitalXRAID, to the CREST Security Operations Centre (SOC) Focus Group. The organisation has also recently celebrated new client wins with Crowe U.K. LLP and Spectris, amongst others.

“The exponential year on year growth is testament to the strength and success of the managed security services that we provide,” said Rick Jones, CEO and Co-Founder of DigitalXRAID. “We work hard to ensure we are listening to our customers and implementing tailored cybersecurity solutions that are best suited for their needs. DigitalXRAID was formed with the belief that cybersecurity shouldn’t be limited to large enterprises – by leveraging practices employed by corporate organisations, our team of accredited security experts are able to deliver market leading solutions to both large enterprise and small to medium sized businesses.”

The business growth experienced by DigitalXRAID in the last year emanates from its strong relationships with its customers. Crowe U.K. LLP (Crowe UK) is a leading audit, tax, advisory and risk firm with a national presence and recently appointed DigitalXRAID as its managed security service provider.

Ian Norman, National Technology Director at Crowe UK, said: “The DigitalXRAID team were very professional and organised, and clearly experts within their field. They prepared us extremely well for the main audit, holding our hands every step of the way. Everything throughout the initial process has been spot on and we look forward to developing the relationship with them further over the next few years and beyond.”

Also supported by DigitalXRAID is Malvern Panalytical, a Spectris company. Melissa Piner, Group IT Governance Director, Spectris, said: “The DigitalXRAID team really understood what we needed. They invested their time to fully comprehend our business requirements to help get us to where we ultimately needed to be – a more secure organisation that gave our customers the confidence that we were protecting all parties. The team was integral to the success of our business - walking us through the complete process step by step.”
