Doncaster Council confirm attendance at UKREiiF 2023

the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) brings together the public sector – with every core UK city and region involved – alongside Government, investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and more.

The City of Doncaster Council has confirmed their involvement with the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF), which is set to take place between 16-18 May, in Leeds.

Doncaster Council is one of the four South Yorkshire councils attending alongside South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority.  The Council and its inward investment team, Business Doncaster, are keen promote Doncaster’s substantial investment opportunities and accelerate economic growth at a time when Doncaster is buzzing at becoming the newest city in the North of England.

Doncaster Council has also secured a spot in the UKREiiF programme with a special showcase session taking place on Wednesday 17 May on the Rethinking Places Stage. Titled ‘Doncaster: The Location for Business’, the showcase will highlight why Doncaster is the place to do business with its abundance of developments and investment opportunities in the pipeline, and how prospective investors and occupiers can work in partnership with the Council in achieving its central goal of thriving people, places, and planet.

Ros Jones, Doncaster Mayor and Damian Allen, Chief Executive will be joined by partners, Tariq Shah, Director at Vigo Group, Helen McLoughlin, Development Director at Waystone, Josh Davis, Director at Davis Hughes and Jason Stowe, Managing Director of Wilton Developments to share with the audience just how they can get involved in Doncaster’s upcoming projects.

 

Speaking of their involvement, Ros Jones, Mayor of Doncaster said: “We are looking forward to showcasing our transformational opportunities as we look to promote the City of Doncaster’s strengths and ambitions at UKREiiF.”
