A South Yorkshire property business is set to expand across the UK after securing funding to grow its reach.
The fast growing G2M Group, supported by Business Doncaster has announced it has secured additional funding support from Barclays as it eyes national opportunities.
Based in Doncaster, G2M Group specialises in the regeneration of existing residential properties, focusing on improving energy performance to deliver economical homes to rent under its brand habodel.
Paul Morton, G2M Group CEO, commented: “Recycling our equity is critical to expanding the group’s underlying operations.
“Barclays further support enables us to continue to build towards our aspirations of being the largest and best in sector operator in the UK.”
The group now employs over 60 staff and has a large demographically and geographically diversified portfolio of single-family homes, focusing entirely on the mid rental market.
