Grain Broadband begins Network build in Doncaster

Doncaster is the latest city to join the fast lane, as Grain Broadband kicks off the first phase of its Full Fibre network rollout - bringing next-generation connectivity straight to the doorsteps of local residents and businesses.

Grain’s independent Full Fibre network will provide thousands of homes across Doncaster with a dedicated fibre connection, offering symmetrical internet speeds of up to 2Gbps. That means lightning-fast downloads, crystal-clear video calls, and reliable connections that don’t slow down at peak times.

"We're excited to offer Doncaster residents an internet service that can keep up with their digital lives," said Richard Cameron, CEO at Grain broadband.

"We're not just delivering faster internet; we are also saving customers a significant amount on their monthly broadband bill.

“Whether you're streaming your favourite shows, working from home or gaming, we're helping to build a more connected Doncaster."

The rollout began last month, with the first customers set to be connected this Autumn. Doncaster joins a growing list of Yorkshire towns and cities enjoying Grain’s Full Fibre revolution, with areas like Bradford, Castleford, Google, Grimsby, Halifax, Huddersfield, Hull, Leeds, Scarborough and Sheffield already reaping the benefits. Residents and businesses can check availability and sign up at grainconnect.com/check/.

Throughout July, Grain is offering a special broadband deal for early sign-ups, with prices from £19.99/month for 250Mbps upload and download speeds, or up to 4 months free on faster speed packages. With no in-contract price rises, no installation fees, and a Price Match Guarantee, customers can sign up with confidence knowing they’re getting the best broadband deal on their street.

Residents who sign up now will have this deal held until work is complete on their street, and their home is ready to install.  Interested residents can learn more and sign up now at grainconnect.com or by calling 0330 223 2266.
