“I’ve been a Director at Dual Inventive since 2020, but I’d never really had the opportunity to undertake a structured management course. Help to Grow has helped me bring together everything I’ve learnt through experience into a practical framework that I can apply to the business. It’s not just about doing things differently myself - it’s helping me take the rest of the team on that journey too.”
Josh Jackson, Managing Director, Dual Inventive
“As Help to Grow: Management enters its fifth year, we are incredibly proud of the impact the programme has had across the South Yorkshire region. Since launch, we have supported more than 350 businesses, helping leaders develop the skills, confidence and networks needed to drive growth. Time and again, we have seen participants turn learning into action, delivering improvements in productivity, innovation and business performance. These success stories demonstrate the real value of investing in leadership development, and we look forward to welcoming the next cohort of ambitious business leaders onto the programme.”
Jonathan Gorst, Division Head, Sheffield Business School, Sheffield Hallam University
