NatWest announces £383k investment in its Doncaster branch

The £383,445 investment has transformed the branch into a modern, customer first space, welcoming visitors in Doncaster from the moment they step inside.

Visitors will experience a new space where customers and colleagues can connect, helping to best address customers’ banking needs.

The initiative is part of the bank’s mission to empower the regions of the UK and strengthen its branch network, having committed to no further closures until at least 2029.

The branch in Doncaster has been supplied with state of the art equipment and technology, including new upgraded machines and technology to improve reliability, speed of service and reduce maintenance and downtime.

They also have a new seating area, interview rooms and a new lounge.

“This significant investment reflects just how important our community is to us.

“By introducing new technology, creating more flexible customer spaces and enhancing our service facilities, we’re making banking faster, more personal and more accessible.

“We’ve also created a much improved working environment for our colleagues, with enhanced facilities and development opportunities that enable them to deliver the best possible service every day. It’s a space designed for everyone, whether that’s our customers or our team."

In addition to our work in Doncaster, the bank is investing a further £50 million, refurbishing branches across the UK, to better support customers face-to-face.
