NCM listed in the Ward Hadaway Yorkshire Fastest 50 Awards

NCM Auctions, a sustainably focused auction business has been named as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Yorkshire.

The prestigious Ward Hadaway Yorkshire Fastest 50 Awards, in association with The Yorkshire Post, celebrate growth, innovation and the commercial achievements of Yorkshire businesses.

Based on financial data filed with Companies House, the list ranks the fifty best performing privately-owned companies which have consistently increased turnover over the past three financial years, whilst remaining profitable.

NCM Auctions was ranked 6th after delivering services to multiple large organisations including DHL, Twitter UK and CBRE where they sustainably reused surplus equipment and assets on behalf of these companies by selling them to SMEs via the mechanism of online auction, generating a profit, avoiding waste to landfill and enabling the circular economy of assets in the process.

Emma Digby is Executive Partner at Ward Hadaway's Leeds Office, said, "Congratulations to NCM Auctions and every company in the Ward Hadaway Yorkshire Fastest 50 for 2022 for their tremendous achievements.

"Across a range of sectors we are seeing regional businesses succeeding, through tenacity, determination and a desire to succeed. They show no fear in the face of adversity and are prepared to change, adapt and rise to the challenge, whatever that may be."

This year’s Fastest 50 list, as always, boasts many management teams with an unwavering passion to succeed who have created high growth, profitable businesses. It’s this spirit, and the business success that it creates, that we are delighted to celebrate."

"All of our team at NCM Auctions were thrilled to learn we'd been named in the top 6 of the Yorkshire Fastest 50 for 2022! It's been an exciting few years for NCM Auctions with a growing team and ever expanding client base. The household name clients we now regularly work with are mind-blowing for a young SME proudly based out of Doncaster. But this goes to show that no matter your business size, if you have a great concept and you execute it efficiently with a fun, vibrant team, you can achieve even your highest goals. Emma McSkelly founded the company with a vision to ensure the circular economy of equipment and assets in a commercially viable manner, so she fully deserves to see the business thriving whilst 'doing good' for the planet and employing lots of brilliant local people. There's so much more to come too." - Paul Esson, Marketing
