One of Doncaster’s key regeneration schemes, Unity Yorkshire, has reached another significant milestone with the opening of a new Starbucks drive thru.
The coffee outlet, located within Unity Connect and adjacent to the recently launched McDonald’s restaurant, is now open and serving customers. It offers a convenient stop for employees, visitors, commuters and local residents, further enhancing the site’s growing range of amenities.
Andrew Johnson MRICS, Director at Waystone Hargreaves Land LLP, commented on the launch: “The opening of Starbucks is another significant achievement for Unity and further demonstrates both its attractiveness to a range of commercial occupiers and the pace at which the development continues to evolve.
Following the successful launch of McDonald’s, we are delighted to welcome another globally recognised brand to the scheme. Starbucks will be a valuable amenity for the growing number of people working in and around Unity, while also serving local communities across Hatfield, Stainforth and Dunscroft.
It is another important step in creating a vibrant, self-sustaining destination.”
The addition of Starbucks marks continued progress for Unity Yorkshire, supporting its ambition to deliver a thriving, mixed-use hub for business, employment, and community use.
