This year, OLS set a bold target of 30% revenue growth, supported by a 30% increase in headcount to meet rising demand. These targets have already been surpassed, driven by a company-wide focus on operational excellence, technical innovation, and strategic investment in core competencies.

Recognising the need to evolve and scale, Ollie and Claire made the decision in 2024 to bring in Jason Sharpe as Operations Director. A move that has proven instrumental in accelerating progress and business growth. Jason has supported the business in restructuring operational delivery, embedding a culture of incremental improvement, and implementing systems that enable smarter, more agile working.
