Recruitment Specialists Celebrate Doncaster Team Expansion

Josh will head up Coleman James’ new Doncaster base, where he will spearhead ambitious plans to grow the Rail division to twenty consultants over the next three years.

Doncaster based Josh joins the team having spent over seven years as a specialist Rail Recruiter at Navartis, where he built a niche team of expert consultants and worked with a range of clients from PLCs to SMEs.

Highly respected within the industry, Josh is known for his technical understanding and passion for all things rail. Having recruited for many multinational Rail contractors and consultancies, he brings a wealth of experience.

Coleman James was established by founder Andrew Mackay in 2016 and quickly built a reputation for service excellence in the Built Environment and Rail sectors, thanks to its partnership approach and experienced team of specialist Recruiters.

The Doncaster office, specialising in white-collar technical Rail recruitment, will open in January. It is uniquely positioned to serve Coleman James’ existing client base as well as meeting the ever-increasing demand for Rail professionals.
