South Yorkshire Community Foundation Grants now open

Grants of up to £5k available to volunteer-led charities, community groups, social enterprises, and other not-for-profit community organisations.

Grants of up to £5,000 are available to volunteer-led charities, community groups, social enterprises, and other not-for-profit community organisations in South Yorkshire for projects which will make a difference to their local communities.

The South Yorkshire Community Foundation Community Grants Programme will support activities or projects that focus upon crime and safety, employment and the local economy, promotion of good health, or the relief of poverty and sickness amongst people who face discrimination or disadvantage.

Funding can be used to cover costs such as equipment, building works or repairs, staff costs, volunteer expenses, room hire, and materials for service provision.

When can I apply?

The Community Grants Programme is open for applications now.

To be assessed by our next panel, please complete your application by 12 noon on Tuesday 10th January 2023.  Decisions will be announced in March.
