The Mortgage Booth moves into Lakeside Village

The Mortgage Booth is a drop-in independent mortgage and insurance brokerage, offering advice on everything from first-time buyer mortgages to complex buy-to-let portfolios, as well as life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and home insurance.

Founded by Richard Booth, a mortgage and financial services specialist who’s worked in the sector for nearly a decade, the premises at Lakeside Village will be open between 10am and 4pm from Tuesday to Saturday. Appointments can also be booked in advance outside of these hours.

Richard, said: “While much of the mortgage and financial industry is moving online, I believe it’s still incredibly important to offer a face-to-face option and we’re creating just that at Lakeside Village.

“Buying a home or arranging protection isn’t just a transaction, it’s a major life decision. Having a real person to sit down with, ask questions and talk things through makes all the difference.

“We wanted a base that matched that vision. Somewhere modern, accessible and welcoming for clients. Lakeside Village really stood out because of its vibrant atmosphere, easy access and plentiful free parking, as well as its strong sense of community.

“It’s a place people already enjoy visiting, so being part of that environment felt like the perfect fit for us. It also gives us great visibility as we continue to grow and build new relationships across Doncaster and beyond.”
