Warm welcome home for three Doncaster solicitors

ONE of Doncaster’s oldest legal firms has welcomed home, not one but three local solicitors ready to take on the challenges of working in a newly expanded practice in a newly appointed city.

Both Ben Bailey and Vicky Sladdin started their careers in Doncaster before each moved further afield within Yorkshire. They have now returned to join newly merged Dawson and Burgess and Kenyon Son and Craddock Solicitors.

Ben Bailey, formerly of Graysons, Sheffield, joins Kenyon Son and Craddock with a wealth of experience to drive forward their personal injury and medical negligence department. He said: “I’m really excited at the prospect of coming back to work with a local firm in the town where I grew up with the opportunity to support local people who have suffered injury or worse through no fault of their own.”

Vicky Sladdin returns to Doncaster after working at Emsleys in Leeds.  Vicky has extensive experience in the field of Wills and Probate, Deputyship and Trusts. Committed to always providing a first-class service, Vicky puts client care and satisfaction first. She is looking forward to working with clients to guide them through the process of getting their life, and after life, arrangements in order.

Magdalena Musialik moved to Doncaster from Poland when she was 19. She has lived in the town since then and has always been proud to be part of its Polish community. Magdalena joined Dawson and Burgess in 2013 and qualified as a solicitor in 2019.  She went on to work in Newark but always considered Doncaster to be her home. Earlier this year she returned to Dawson and Burgess as a Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor also dealing with corporate matters.

She commented: “I am hoping to connect with individual and commercial clients, old and new. I am also particularly well placed to support Polish speaking clients.”

Gemma Canli, Partner at Dawson and Burgess and Kenyon Son and Craddock Solicitors welcomed the three solicitors to the firm. She said: “We are thrilled to be joined by such talented people and look forward to them playing a key role in our provision of excellent legal services in Doncaster City and beyond!”
