Local business secure local business park

This project includes a barrier upgrade, maintenance and all out of hours access to be controlled via intercom calls to DSOC’s behavioural detection trained operators. Monitoring of the existing CCTV means yet more peace of mind for fellow Hayfield Business Park tenants.

Simon Spensley, Regional Manager for Envirotech Group the Managing Agent for the business park is over the moon with the efforts of team DSOC and OLS.

He said: “We took over the management contract of Hayfield Business Park in 2020 and inherited a very poor security service, unsure of our next best step. Anthony at DSOC stepped in to put us at ease with a clear plan of how to improve our access systems as well as looking immediately at cost efficiencies.

"OLS followed up to provide us a quick turnaround, professional solution to our entry system issues whilst giving us an idea on the future state of our CCTV. I can’t thank Anthony and Ollie enough; our tenants will see the immediate benefit in terms of customer service and cost saving!”
