TwentyFour named Finalists in two categories at Global MSP Titans of the Industry Awards

TwentyFour has been named as a finalist in two categories at the 2026 MSP Titans of the Industry Awards, recognising their continued global growth and success.

TwentyFour IT Services has been shortlisted in the EMEA MSP category, while TwentyFour Founder and CTO, Tony Houlihan, has been recognised in the Veteran Owned/Led category.

The MSP Titans of the Industry Awards celebrate Managed Service Providers and industry leaders from around the world, with entries assessed across areas including business growth, service excellence, cyber security innovation, customer impact, community impact and leadership.

For TwentyFour, being recognised across two categories reflects both how far the business has grown and the values that continue to underpin how they work.

Their place as a finalist in the EMEA MSP category recognises TwentyFour’s continued growth and development as an IT support and cyber security provider supporting businesses across the UK and internationally, currently supporting businesses with locations in 19 countries.

From their roots in Doncaster, TwentyFour has grown to support businesses across a wide range of industries and locations, providing 24/7/365 IT support, cyber security, cloud and compliance services.

As the technology needs of their clients have grown and evolved, so have they. The focus remains on combining the right technology with knowledgeable people and long-term relationships, helping businesses strengthen their IT environments while making technology easier to manage, understand, and ultimately… work for them, through their in depth “know your client” approach, regular reviews and vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) guidance.

Mike Smith, Managing Director at TwentyFour, said: “Being named as a finalist in the EMEA category is something the whole team can be incredibly proud of. TwentyFour has grown significantly, but what matters most to us is that we have been able to do that without losing the focus on our clients and the service we provide.

“To receive recognition at a global industry award alongside MSPs from around the world is a fantastic achievement. It reflects the work our team puts in every day and the trust our clients continue to place in us.”

Tony Houlihan, Chief Technical Officer at TwentyFour, added: “When we started the business, the ambition was always to build something that combined strong technical capability with a genuine commitment to our community and to the people and businesses we support, wherever they may be.

“To now see TwentyFour shortlisted as a finalist in the EMEA MSP category on a global stage is a proud moment. Technology has changed enormously over the years, but our focus on doing the right thing for our clients, investing in our people and continually improving has remained the same.”

TwentyFour has also been shortlisted within the Veteran Owned/Led category, recognising the veteran background and leadership of Founder and Chief Technical Officer Tony Houlihan.

Tony’s leadership has played an incredibly important role in shaping TwentyFour into the business it is today, from the standards they set to the importance placed on teamwork, responsibility, looking after the people around them and supporting military veterans to gain roles in business beyond their military careers.

Those values are also reflected in TwentyFour’s commitment to the wider Armed Forces community. As a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, they are proud to support the principles behind the Covenant and recognise the contribution made by serving personnel, veterans, reservists and Armed Forces families. And as partners, sponsors and supporters of Military Vs Cancer the business aims to give back to our serving and veteran communities who are facing this terrible disease that has impacted members of the team both directly and indirectly.

Today, Tony continues to lead the technical direction of the business, helping TwentyFour develop its cyber security capabilities, adopt new technologies and ensure services continue to evolve alongside the changing needs of their clients.

Tony Houlihan, Founder and Chief Technical Officer at TwentyFour, said: “My military background has influenced a lot of the principles I have carried into TwentyFour, particularly around teamwork, accountability and doing the job properly.

“TwentyFour has always been about the team rather than any one person, so whilst being recognised in the Veteran Owned/Led category means a great deal to me, I am more proud of what we have built together and especially proud of the people who continue to push the business forward.”

The winners of the 2026 MSP Titans of the Industry Awards will be revealed at an awards gala at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, on 9 December 2026

Whatever the result on the night, being named as a finalist on a global scale in both the EMEA MSP and Veteran Owned/Led categories represents important milestone for TwentyFour and recognition of the fantastic work they do, their continued growth and the values that have helped them get there.

They are incredibly proud to be representing Doncaster, South Yorkshire and the wider UK MSP industry on a global stage.

Good luck to everyone shortlisted.
