We provide analysis of business training needs, access to training funding and sourcing local and national training providers.  We can also assist with change management programmes to support high growth and changing organisational structures.

We provide a relocation service to your employees who need to relocate to the area.  This includes advice on housing, schooling, information about the general area and general advice to help your employees settle in as quickly as possible.

Ongoing information and advice covering rewards and benefits, funding, training, recruitment, succession planning and links to local programmes and events.  Development and sharing of best practice and support with corporate social responsibility initiatives.
