Doncaster company awarded place on key framework to reduce costs of staff training

Premier Partnership are delighted to announce that they have been awarded a place on the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Managed Training Services framework (383-21), making a catalogue of learning available to the public sector through one simple learning portal without the need to tender.

Premier Partnership, a national training company specialising in supplying the public sector, has been awarded a place on the ESPO framework that enables all public sector bodies to call off training without the need to tender.  The framework was offered competitively through Find a Tender (FTS) and involved a rigorous selection process, thus complying with all relevant procurement standards.

Premier have been operating on the ESPO 383 Framework since 2013 and have trained over 30,000 learners from local authorities, NHS Trusts, Police Forces, Fire Services, Universities, Government departments and non-departmental bodies.

ESPO is a public sector owned professional buying organisation (PBO), specialising in providing a wide range of goods and services to the public sector for over 40 years. They offer a comprehensive, one-stop shop solution of over 25,000 catalogue products, 120 frameworks and bespoke procurement services, all with free support and advice available from their expert teams.

The nature of this contract means all public sector bodies are free to use the service without any further public procurement exercises.  The service will provide organisations with all elements of their learning need through the managed supplier model.  Premier Partnership will manage the quality of the service and provide a proportion of the training with the remainder being provided by a rich mix of training organisations with a track record in supplying learning to the public sector.

The service incorporates a secure web-based learning portal where learners, their managers or learning leads can quickly search, identify and book on to a range of public and organisational specific courses or request a specific event.

David Pearson, Marketing Director at Premier Partnership said,” being able to support our public sector clients improve the quality of their learning and reduce the administration costs through this simple, easy to use framework since 2013 has been a real privilege. I am so pleased we can continue to work with them for another 4 years”.

Premier Partnership has a long history of providing learning to the public sector through a strong supply chain of over 800 specialist partner organisations and partnerships with professional bodies such as The Chartered Management Institute, IOSH, NEBOSH, City and Guilds and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

The Framework will be effective for a period of two years with the option to extend for up to a further two years thereafter. The Framework commenced on the 12th September 2021.
