Doncaster based company Total Training Provision promote the idea of ‘your team, your business’ as well as priding themselves on the retention and investment in the team, especially during the pandemic.
Not only have they continued to grow as a team (over 25 new colleagues joining the business within the last 7 months) but they have also opened two new centres within Doncaster, both specialising in the delivery of Traineeships.
These centres are committed to helping young individuals aged 16 – 24 years, by offering a balance of skills, knowledge and behaviours, together with real work knowledge and experience.
Many learners have already made progress, including their most recent success - within two weeks of joining the programme, securing their dream Apprenticeship working in the Health & Social Care sector.
