Entries open for 2021 Sheffield City Region Property Dinner

The 2021 dinner represents a highlight in the property industry calendar and celebrates another year of fabulous achievements across the property sector in the region. This year's event will take place on Thursday 1 July at City Hall in Sheffield.

Four awards will be presented over the evening; Outstanding Development of the Year, Design Excellence of the Year, Property Deal of the Year and Property Personality of the Year.

Readers can freely nominate the individual they think is deserving of the title of Property Personality of the Year, and a shortlist will be created from those nominations. The shortlist will then be subject to a public vote.

The remaining three awards will be subject to a judging panel, so be sure to get high-quality information into your applications.

Insider hopes that these additional awards will bring a new dynamic to the evening and highlight some of the fantastic work that has been done across the region.

Over the course of the last 12 months, vital industrial and logistics buildings have become occupied or along the spines of the M1 and M18, while Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham are all seeing their city centre skylines change forever.
