After a long tender process, Doncaster business Rejus has beat out competing FM companies to win an exclusive Facilities Management contract with the National College for Advanced Transport & Infrastructure (NCATI).
In their own words NCATI “has been established to provide highly skilled technicians, project managers and apprentices to lead the UK’s rail, transport and infrastructure sectors”. It’s a prestigious education institution in Doncaster and Rejus are proud to be supporting their maintenance responsibilities.
The College relaunched this year as part of the University of Birmingham group and have been making efforts to secure the maintenance duties for the building and its operations going forward. This is why NCATI approached multiple building maintenance providers, working with them and receiving competing tenders to narrow the selection down to the best possible choice.
Rejus responded with a bespoke maintenance proposal, happy to be working with a company that offers great support to the local community. Included in the maintenance package is a variety of scheduled maintenance works at regular intervals across the year. The works take care of fire safety, health & safety, air conditioning, heating, and more.
