New industrial units have been given the go ahead for construction at GatewayEast

The units will be built at the newly developed Olympus Business Park and range in size from 120 sq.m to 150 sq.m

More exciting news for Doncaster – 12 new industrial units have been given the go ahead for construction at Doncaster Sheffield Airport, Auckley by Doncaster-based 337 Properties Ltd.

The units will be built at the newly developed Olympus Business Park, Hayfield Lane, Doncaster...ideally situated for travel links, business opportunities and bringing further investment and an economic boost to the City. The premium units/workshops range in size from 120 sq.m (1,291 sq.ft) to 150 sq.m (1,615 sq.ft)

The new units will provide modern light industrial space with roller shutter doors, glazed front entrance and optional mezzanine floor.

Unit 1 has already been reserved and the vendor is in advanced discussions with a number of parties interested in securing these prime locations workshops/units.

Lee Touhig, Head of Commercial Property Development at 337 Properties said: “Given the specification of the industrial units and the strategic location, we anticipated keen off-plan interest from investors and owner-occupiers and this has already proved to be the case. The units are ideally sized for SME’s and I would expect local business owner/occupiers to be interested in the development.

I would strongly encourage early enquiries as there are a number of options that could be implemented for purchasers buying “off plan”. The location and facilities in the area are second to none with easy access to the motorway & rail networks. We’re also very hopeful that there will be a positive announcement around the re-opening of Doncaster Sheffield Airport and that this will encourage further investment in the area."

Construction on Olympus Business Park has already started and is expected to be complete by June 2024. For a copy of the brochure or any further information, please email: unitenquiry@337properties.co.uk or visit: 337properties.co.uk
