The iPort supports the development of Doncaster as a major logistics hub

The 6 million sq ft strategic intermodal logistics park now benefits from direct access from junction 3 of the M18, via the newly opened Great Yorkshire Way.  The three mile long link road, costing £56m supports the development of Doncaster as a major logistics hub.

iPort boasts 337 acres of developable greenfield land and an impressive 35 acre Strategic Rail freight Terminal providing units with direct rail access. The development has outline planning consent and funding in place for the construction of up to six million sq ft of logistics space with flexible units ranging from 100,000sq ft to 1.2 million sq ft.

iPort Doncaster is located only 4 miles away from Doncaster Sheffield Airport, with an extension to Great Yorkshire Way underway by 2017.  Its central location provides easy access to the Humber Ports and motorway network of M18, M1 and A1.

A dedicated iPort Academy has been established to support recruitment and training for prospective tenants, helping the local workforce access new opportunities and further training.
