Doncaster Hydrogen Hub - Stakeholder Briefing

The City of Doncaster and surrounding borough has several major arterial routes for road freight running through it. This has led to the development of a strong logistics sector in the area, attracting major investments in warehousing and HGV fleets. Doncaster is also home to two rail ports and Doncaster Sheffield Airport. As we move towards decarbonising transport and the deployment of net zero emission vehicles, is there an opportunity to develop hydrogen refuelling at scale in Doncaster? Beta, supported by Doncaster Council has developed a roadmap to implement hydrogen for transport, embracing the Borough’s strengths and central location.

Topics at the event will include:
