Who is leading the session?

Lead Nigel Trant:

Nigel has over 30 years of experience in both the private and public sector. He has delivered lean projects and improvements across many sectors including automotive, the MOD, food and drink, aerospace, engineering and construction, all of which have shown bottom line improvements.

Nigel has also developed and trained staff in lean tools and techniques through accredited training programmes to a wide range of leaders and staff.

Supported by Caroline Barker & Tim Steele:

Caroline worked in the public and private sector before becoming a business consultant.

She is a director of her own consultancy business of 25 years, a recent past director for The Considerate Constructors Scheme, is a business advisor working through South Yorkshire Mayol Combined Authority with Business Doncaster.

Caroline has supported hundreds of Businesses enhance their productivity through introducing sustainable, measurable improvements.

Tim is the founder and Managing Director of Blue Marble Communications Limited.

After years in business and industry, managing global accounts and having delivered major projects to budget and OTIF, Tim has been helping businesses grow through his own management consultancy.

He strongly believes in excellence in business and is not happy with a status quo approach, operations and processes can always improve!

Tim leads by example and is a strong, motivated but flexible ethical leader, growing teams through respect. Tim is principled and has engrained values, values which were always part of him.
